Here is a terrific opportunity for smaller or larger groups. This 12 unit complex offers one bedroom units which sleep 3 or 4 guests each. This versatile two building complex can be rented for as few as three visitors, or it can accommodate groups as large 40 people. This Student friendly rental is less than one block from the beach. Sea Aire Vacations is a  North Myrtle Beach quality home that features color televisions, free cable TV, air conditioning and heating for year round comfort, ceiling fans, microwaves and modern appliances. Each fully equipped kitchen includes pots and pans, utensils, plates, flatware, and more. All utilities — water, electric — are included in the weekly rental rates. All of the flooring is quality carpet or ceramic tile for easy cleanup! Bedrooms offer multiple sleeping options to accommodate larger or small groups. The beds have quality mattresses and covers. There is access to an onsite laundry. Sea Aire Vacations is open for vacationing student groups March through early May.  Working students live here from May until the fall. Students from around the world come to North Myrtle Beach to have an opportunity to earn money and live at America’s best beach for Summer Break.  We are glad to welcome working students!
